The Three Essential Skin-Care Routines for all Skin Types

Every skin types and textures are different. Some have oily skin while some have dry, and a combination type. Cleansing, Toning, and Moisturizing is that necessary step that suits all skin types & helps to enhance all skin textures. You can use a homemade CTM that is available in your kitchen and which is affordable and effective as well.

Here are three essential skin-care steps for all skin types:

1) Cleansing:

The first step of the skin-care routine is cleansing. Dust, sweat, dirt, and bacteria accumulate on your skin and give rise to many skin diseases. So, your skin needs a thorough cleansing routine. Homemade face cleanser can help in evading these skin problems. Besides this, they do not create any side effects, mild on your skin, and are pretty inexpensive too.

Curd and Honey Cleanser (For Dry Skin):

Take 2 tsp of curd and 1 tsp of honey. Mix this well and apply it all over the face. Then leave it for 2-3 minutes and clean it off with cold water. You can also add 1 tsp of coconut oil or olive oil to it. Use this homemade face wash regularly, as it is very gentle on the skin.

Milk and Honey Cleanser (For Oily Skin):

Mix 1 tsp of honey with 2 tsp of raw milk smoothly. Massage gently on the skin for 2-3 minutes and then wash off with warm water. It will lighten your skin and also eliminates the oil from the face.

Gram Flour Cleanser (For Combination Skin):

Besan or gram flour is one of the ancient and well known natural homemade cleansers. Mix besan with curd or milk to fix the pack and apply it on your face with a gentle massage. Stay for 15 minutes, when it dries, rinse off with water.

2) Toning:

The second step is the toning that helps to minimize pores and brightens up your skin tone and makes your skin feel lively.

Milk Toner (For Dry Skin):

Take raw milk with a few drops of rose water and rub it all over your face then wash with cold water. Apply twice a day for baby-soft skin.

Green Tea Toner (For Oily Skin):

Make a green tea and let it cool, then store it in an empty spray bottle. Use it on your every morning. It makes your skin healthy, locks moisture, and remove extra oils.

Cucumber Toner (For Combination Skin):

Take out a cucumber juice and add half lemon juice and two spoons of rose water on it. Mix all and store in a spray bottle. Keep it on a refrigerator for 10 to 12 days. Use at least twice in a day or night time. You can also apply this many times as you wish, it will give you benefits.

3) Moisturizing:

The 3rd step is moisturizing and it is equally essential when it comes to caring skin, like cleansing and toning, as it helps to get bright, soft, and wrinkle-free skin.

Aloe Vera Moisturizer (For Dry Skin Skin):

Take 2 tbsp aloe Vera gel with 1 tsp of coconut oil and almond oil and mix until you get a cream-like texture. Your moisturizer is ready to use.

Lemon and Honey Moisturizer (For Oily Skin):

Squeeze the juice of a lemon with the combination of honey. Mix thoroughly and use it on your face and neck. Clean it off with water after 15 minutes. To get the best results, repeat this 1-2 times a week.

Papaya Moisturizer (For combination skin):

Take papaya, curd, and honey and mix all the ingredients. Then apply it on your face. Give 20 minutes then wash with cold water.
