Kanika Kapoor to face Police Interrogation, Sued for COVID-19 Negligence

Kanika Kapoor has released from the hospital after two back to back COVID-19 tests turned negative. She is now home-quarantine for 14 days and after the end of her quarantine, the Lucknow Police will interrogate her. As per the earlier reports, three FIRs have filed against Kanika over negligence. Narendra Kumar Agarwal,  Chief Medical Officer (CMO), at the Sarojini Nagar Police Station, Lucknow, lodged the FIR.

FIR filed opposite Kanika on charges of negligently doing an act likely to spread the infection of any disease dangerous to life, a malignant act possible to spread the infection of any disease dangerous to life, and disobeying an order duly given by a public servant.” Besides this, the other two FIRs have filed at the Hazratganj Police Station and the Gomti Nagar Police Station.

Kanika Kapoor is the first Indian celebrity who got the deadly virus. But she is back to home this week after got negative results for COVID -19. She is now staying with her parents at their residence in Mahanagar, Lucknow.
